Our Company DNA

Our Why – Enduring Purpose

Our passion is the science of natural health. By 2050, we aim to improve the lives of 1 billion people, animals, and soil ecosystems by creating science-driven, evidence-based, impactful natural health products that enable a more flourishing and fruitful living across the planet

Our How – Foundational Principles

We operate with conviction and clarity, guided by a core set of principles that shape how we work, decide, and collaborate:

Honesty & Transparency

We value complete honesty, sincerity, and transparency — in science, communication, and partnerships

Guided by Ethics, Not Just Laws

We uphold all laws in the regions where we operate – and act with ethics that prioritize service to people, planet, and our purpose

Constructive Truth-Seeking

We believe truth emerges through the interplay of differing opinions – we pursue it through open, thoughtful consultation

Evidence-Driven Curiosity

We remain open to the unknown – guided always by data, evidence, and continuous learning

Integrity in Commitment

We honour our agreements and decisions — standing by our word
and actions

Systematic Action

We move with purpose and discipline – from vision to execution

Social Impact Goals

We serve humanity through expanding access, sharing knowledge, and building local capacity. Our commitment to social impact is rooted in the belief that health and microbial innovation should benefit everyone — regardless of geography or income. We focus our efforts in lower- and middle-income countries (LMICs) through three key service initiates:

Expanding Access to Products

We donate every 100th capsule we produce to individuals and communities in LMICs who lack access to effective microbial health solutions

Advancing Microbial Education

We conduct education missions with industry participants and consumers in LMICs on the critical role microbes play in improving health

Building Local Capacity

We strengthen local production ecosystems by developing learning communities of practice amongst industry practitioners in LMICs
